- Advising Save the Redwoods League in the acquisition of three conservation easements on the 3,862-acre Weger Ranch, including negotiation of complex purchase and sale agreements, access easements, and management plans.
- Successfully representing the City of Cupertino in lawsuit to recover money embezzled by former City employee.
- Advising numerous clients on the formation and governance of California nonprofit public benefit corporations.
