• Representing public agencies in all aspects of land acquisition for public projects, including by purchase and eminent domain.
• Advising public agency and nonprofit clients on contracting, including public contracting, competitive bidding, bid protest resolution, contract negotiation and dispute resolution, and state and federal grant compliance.
• Assisting public agency clients in developing and implementing workable code enforcement policies and procedures.

About Me

I have climbed hundreds of feet high in ancient Douglas fir trees in search of the threatened Oregon red tree vole. I enjoy adventurous travel with my partner and our kids, but the Bay Area always calls us home.
