Andrew Miller

Mr. Miller joined the firm in 2018 as an environmental law fellow. He graduated from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law with a certificate of specialization in environmental law.

During law school, Mr. Miller served as the Senior Articles Editor for Ecology Law Quarterly and as the co-director of the KBC Legal natural resources team. He co-authored a white paper on sea-level rise adaptation for the Center for Law, Energy & the Environment, served as rapporteur for the Law of the Sea Institute in Singapore and Sweden, and worked as a term clerk for Shute, Mihaly & Weinberger. During his summers, Mr. Miller interned for the Surfrider Foundation and the California Office of the Attorney General.

Mr. Miller holds an M.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering and a B.S. in Earth Systems from Stanford University.

Mr. Miller is awaiting the results of the California bar exam and is not yet admitted to the California Bar.
